If I ever change my avatar, I give any mod on duty permission to ban me for a week. And each time I change it and it isn't the one I currently have, I allow a week to be added to that ban. And I can only come back if when I come back from said ban that I promise to put the avatar back to it's rightful place.
How's THAT for discipline.
