It's not unfair, you should never do something that you are not comfortable doing, and your partner should understand that. She shouldn't feel obligated to let you stick it in her rear either.

I wouldn't be sexually satisfied at all if I knew my partner did something she hated just to please me. I want her to be enjoying herself while giving. It's nice to think a partner would be willing to do something they dislike to please you. The willingness is enough for me without the act.
