Shall we induct A Flock Of Seagulls too?
Yes!

I thought bands that followed in the footsteps of Bryan Ferry by wearing suit & tie as New Romanticism. Bands like ABC, Spandau Ballet and Duran Duran - actually I don't know if anyone in Duran Duran wore a tie, but they definitely didn't wear jeans. A Flock Of Seagulls had more futuristic image with their music and haircuts than the debonair man-about-town style of New Romanticism. I considered A Flock Of Seagulls more as Synth Pop/New Wave.
