Richard Berry penned one of the most important songs in Rock and Roll. Supposedly Metallica did the same with Master of Puppets but for Heavy Metal. Richard Berry gets probably little to no recognition for his contribution, while Metallica, with all the adulation they get from critics and fans alike, still go after their fans that so happen to use Napster... or whatever they did. Metallica, why don't you cry me a river on the way to the bank.

Beside that the song, Louie Louie, spurned a FBI investigation which gives it more cool points than any song Metallica ever did.
