(No, it's not about Beavis & Butthead.)
Mike Judge is an american composer and multi-instrumentalist.
His music is prog leaning to avantprog and fusion at times, but still pretty accessible.
The most incredible thing is that he does all the music himself, no other musicians are involved. It's really uncanny listening to him knowing that.

There are two albums I know of:
Sinthome - Ficciones (2010)
The Nerve Institute - Architects Of Flesh-Density (2011)

It seems he's been doing music under other names as well, but I wasn't able to find any releases. If someone has any info on other releases I'd be glad to hear about it.
