Double post FTW.
Out of curiosity. I borrowed Dark Souls 2 to see if I it was better than the first, and wow, I think I might hate it more than the first. Might as well retitle both as, "How to die over and over and over and over because you don't know how to perform this move that is never explained in the game."
Playing either of those games reminds me of playing capture the flag in Halo and not knowing you're supposed to capture the enemy's flag. Both teams will endlessly kill each other.
Also I love the regressive/shrinking health system in the second one. I didn't even actually notice that when I was first playing it, probably because I died far too quickly for a difference in health to even matter.
I'd rather play Zelda II than this.
