Spanish omelette.
Just need eggs, potatoes and onions and some oil. Dirt cheap ingredients.
Small frying pan, chop two onions and a few potatoes (chop them thin and small) then pour over the beaten eggs once fried with the onions. I use six eggs (for myself but I am a bit fat), can't really put an amount on how much you should use but just use your eyes innit.
