He is claiming two things in the lawsuit, racism and retaliation.

He believes Cher fired him out of retaliation due to racism as a result of speaking out against a sexual assault made by a dancer.

Its odd she fired him and the others but did not think to "look into the accusation"


These choreographers could have booked that tour time to work with other celebrities. That is INCOME now lost due to Cher's behavior.

This man had every right to sue especially if he feels he lost his main source of income due to discrimination.

It seems like he has evidence to back his claims and this evidence is coming from MORE than one person.
