I think I do actually, in some ways.
I relate a lot to JWB, but I've learned over the years to walk the line between honesty and consideration of other peoples feelings. People tell me stories about ****ed up things and I can rationally understand why they feel that way, but I don't appreciate or share their feelings.
I basically trained myself to become the way I am as a defense mechanism from being hurt. I can't say it's better or worse it's just who I've become. How I feel about things changes all the time with life experience.
