theres a difference between having an opinion on something and the courts delivering a verdict. I can say he probably did rape those women, but that wont get him convicted obviously, because there has to be no doubt that he did. and rape is extremely hard to prove for certain. but even if he gets off scot free legally, it doesn't mean he didn't do it.
and im not advocating him getting sentenced on speculation. I think he did it, but its based on playing the odds rather than absolute proof.
