Well, it's truly one of the most
physically demanding!!!Trust me on that, fella!!!
I actually know how demanding it is, with myself
being a proficient drummer that is highly
influenced by the style!!!Alot of people
need to have long, intense workouts iin the gym, just to be able to handle how
vigorously demanding it is for a
metal artist to
bring that intensity out on the kit, so train hard, fellas!!!
