^you probably already knew this or whatever but i'm just curious: did you try applying for fasfa? i was surprised how much free money you can get get for community college if you are poor enough. didn't really have to pay anything for community college plus got money back each semester cause i pirated most of my books etc. even if you didn't, if you're transferring to a university it can probably take a good chunk out of that too. most likely won't cover all of it like a community college, but still.
