I had this problem when I was working in a copy center because 90% of my customers were business owners - the kinds of people that wear tailored suits with 14 karat cufflinks and probably bathe in vintage vino, abusive to the people they call "the help".
They always think the world revolves around them, as if one person making minimum wage with about 12 other projects that came before theirs can somehow manage to make 25 coil-bound, double-sided, 250-page full color booklets in under 20 minutes
