Absolutely not. I think WD is a lovely young person but it's rude to tell a person struggling with gender dysphoria that the form of their body is just fine. It feels foreign/repulsive to them, so it's not just fine.
WD has a finely shaped face, beautiful hair, dainty hands, incredible knack for humor, undying kindness for their friends and even strangers - there is so much there to be proud of that doesn't relate to WD's discomfort.
