Assuming they don't have like, bed bugs or lepresy or something there's really nothing harmful about another person's body. Hygiene is really the only valid concern I've seen made so far. But in a setting where a person's body couldn't present hygienic concerns (Maybe it's a stretch but to say so) I feel like it's kind of oppressive to say people can't be nude if that's their thing. Scrutiny might be an aspect of human nature but that doesn't justify going along with it. It's like social exclusion or self-centeredness, something to exorcise from our genome.
