Basically what I was driving at is: why is it okay for people with ugly faces to walk around and be scrutinized and not expected to cover those things versus why people with unattractive bodies are expected to hide their flaws to avoid scrutiny?
I feel like you are creating two separate arguments that contradict each other based on body parts.
The scrutiny will happen regardless. No one is immune to it, even the most physically fit people in the world are subject to criticism.
