There was a reason I said "some degree" of non-utilitarian intent; it leaves the line of what qualifies as more ambiguous than simply saying that non-utilitarian intent is a binary yes-or-no matter. For instance, by my definition of music, I'd say that soundtracks qualify because while they exist mainly to serve films, TV shows, and so forth, they can still have their own individual artistic merit (hence "some degree of non-utilitarian intent"). This depends on your stance on writing soundtracks though, since some people believe that soundtracks shouldn't be able to stand by themselves, as doing so defeats their purpose.
