People who enjoy rough sex don't think it's okay to be rough/abusive to strangers without consent and certainly not if they do not enjoy it. In fact in the kink community it is frowned upon if you don't ask permission to touch somebody even if it's just a pat on the back or an arm around the shoulder.
Stop. Read my quote again, for the third time.

"Sexuality is related to morality in the same way that every other physical action is."

Sex is a just physical action, inherently as "good" or "evil" as any other physical action someone can take. Like all actions, when taken to extremes, it can be used to hurt the people around you (rape, torture, etc.), but that is less about sexual preference and more about a psychological need for dominance that would have existed whether or not the avenue of sex had manifested itself to them (think of the people whose need for dominance causes them to shoot-up, or put explosives in, public places).

People who like rough sex and BDSM can be compared to hunting enthusiasts; they like to inflict pain and they like to play with toys, but in the end they're just as likely to hurt or kill another human as anyone else. In fact, hunters are usually less likely to shoot someone than any other type of gun owner, being more respectful of their tools and mindful of the damage they can do.
