Hello, I started out using FL and for me it was an amazing beginning experience. The main things I used in FL were some headphones and speakers definitely, I've upgraded since then so that I can produce better music. But you definitely need at least a good pair of headphones and a good ear for the Hi's Lo's and Mid's.
