Soundtrack to Superfly is defintely contender for his best and his best album to start on too. If you want to go by tracks my top five greatest from him IMO are:
-Superfly
-Move On Up
-Pusherman
-Get Down
-(Don't Worry) If There's A Hell Below Were All Gonna Go
Those are all his funkiest songs easy, honorable mentions go to "Kung Fu" and "Underground" and "Do Do Wap Is Strong In Here" and lastly "Freddies Dead"
