But you can be killed in the West because there are plenty of fanatical Muslims here too. I think I pointed out the Theo Van Gogh murder earlier. So, if you're educated and wealthy and have no conscience, there is one other thing you can do--stay there and manipulate the superstitious idiots around you and get them to do your bidding. You can rule hell to avoid having to serve in heaven.
