Dude that's pretty rough...
Gonna have to go with just opening my mind up to new things in general, call me out if this is bull**** responce, but when I was young I was kind of a close-minded prick tbh. But I've opened my eyes up to the possibilities of human kindness and expression. Weather that be drugs, equality, and just being good to eachother, so yeah that's my answer. I'll change it if it is too broad.
