54. Pantera Vulgar Display of Power 1992

Pantera released a string of classic metal albums once they became a groove metal band and a Vulgar Display of Power is that sound worn like a badge by the band. With songs like "A New Level" "Walk" and "****ing Hostile" the band defined the genre and also the album title is probably the best of the decade as well.
