You can't go wrong with any of Hitchcock's horror films, if there are any you haven't already seen. Other than his work, these are a few of my favorites that came to mind when I saw your post...

The Last Man on Earth (1964)
The Last Man on Earth is as much a sci-fi flick as it is a horror flick, but it definitely has a creepy psychological edginess to it.
