1. Mew - Frengers

I was kinda surprised when I looked at 2003 and saw just how many albums I absolutely loved. Sure, none of my 5* classics are included here (unlike the previous two, and the upcoming year), but hot damn if I don't absolutely adore everything on this list, and several that didn't make it. Mew are arguably my favourite Dream-Pop group, and this is their best album to me. But it was a tough decision to place it ahead of many great albums. In the end, I went with it because I have listened to that album the most.

Also, I recently re-discovered a lot of Dizzee Rascal's music (thanks to monkeyballteke) and it just all came back. Great record.
