If I have any PMs, I read them.
Check moderated posts. Approve or delete as needed.
Click "new posts" and look for spam.
Click on something that looks like spam. Delete spam and ban spammer. Repeat until there doesn't appear to be any more spam.
Click "new posts" again and read things that look like they might be interesting.
