This website (www.mmguide.musicmatch.com) doesn't seem to think Blink 182 influenced many bands at all. Usually this site is good, but I'm sure it must be incorrect (it says Blink 182 has 6 followers).

But you should see the Bob Dylan list of followers - it's huge!
