How so? You already admitted that your local Chinese food restaurants are of an inferior quality, i.e. similar to fast food chains like McDonald's. You've also admitted that you find the sauces to be "strong", despite most Chinese restaurants using relatively few spices when compared to other cuisines. And lastly, when criticizing Chinese food, the only critique you could come up with is that the meat dishes suck, which shows that you know almost nothing about the majority of Chinese cuisine, as it involves far more than just meat, meaning that you are basically just the kind of person that can't be bothered to look through the menu and orders the same crap every time.
Now stop trying to look down on one of the oldest and most well respected cuisines in the world just because you don't like the fast food version. Do you like noodles? You have China to thank. The earliest known examples of noodles have been traced back to there. Do you like pastries? Then you absolutely need to go to your nearest Chinese bakery and take a look at what they have:
