Anyway, people keep saying that there are men who get convicted of abuse despite there being no evidence, but I wonder how often it actually happens. It'd be interesting for someone to look through case files and find some actual examples. Because if you compare the numbers, and it's just a dozen or so men getting the hammer for every thousand or so women who have to suffer domestic abuse, then it hardly seems like a win for the ladies to get the benefit of the doubt every once in awhile.

It's a minority compared to legitimate domestic disputes (even though this doesn't take into account the number of false domestic violence reports that the police arent aware of), but it's still an issue.
