i was THAT guy for this girl, she had a bf when i first met her and we traded some Fifty shades of grey like Pm's to each other but they guy found out.
Today was the first time we've actually talked to each other over Skype and im kinda getting signs she still into me..
In your case, i get why you don't wanna go after her but i imagine you still flirt with her and don't really wanna stop it, must be quite the conundrum.
