How can you not see my point? If a white South African moves to America, why is he not as African American as you?

She has two Dominican parents. She is not bi-racial. You are talking about ancestry which is not the same.
She is still Dominican, she is not black.

Is Dominican an actual race, or is just someone from the Dominican Republican?

Dont tell me what I am!
I am African American.
I have two African American parents regardless of what is in my ancestry. I am not bi-racial.

If you have Caucasian and Native American blood then you are indeed multi-racial by definition. Simple as that. Just because you may have less Caucasian blood doesn't magically make it go away. It sounds like you want to deny your other heritage just because you want to be African American and nothing else. That actually sounds pretty racist to me.
