Hey Bulldog long time no see! It's funny that you mentioned Neurosis because I also had A Sun That Never Sets in mind as I was typing some of this but I never mentioned it. Even though Alcest and Neurosis sound very different they've both done their bit to demolish the boundaries of metal, albeit Neurosis being more pioneering and exploratory.
