Signed a lease on a new apartment today. It's about a ten minute walk from my current place so I'll still be on the Hudson next to my dirty stinking city of trash. I love it so. Much smaller apartment but much nicer building/area. Funny thing is, I'm actually paying $100 more now. Still, it's nicer so I don't mind.
