Philadelphia Pros- Lots of character and history
- Good art and music scenes
- Great restaurants
- Beautiful parks and architecture
- A great place to explore with loads of cool off-the-beaten-path things to see
- The last semi-affordable city in the Northeast
- Fairly easy to get around
- Relapse Records
Philadelphia Cons- High crime (though better than it used to be)
- Prevailing "I don't give a fuck" attitude (aka "the Philly shrug")
- Unresponsive police and other city services
- Real estate developers who operate above the law
- Streets that look like they've been bombed
- Neighborhoods that look like they've been bombed
