I would agree that Thrice aren't/weren't (still unsure of their comeback status looking at the summer festivals) metal at the time of their hiatus announcement. Lets shake hands, remove the latter half of my description and call them alternative rock.

IMO they still warrant the Radiohead tag though, it's not 100% a complimentary one.

I'm gonna like it here.
