Not really getting why it matters to you if it's real or not. I mean, she either has it or hasn't. Which of these options is likely to ruin your day, as opposed to hers? Why should she take a chance on her health to satisfy your inbuilt skepticism?

It's almost like you're blaming her for having it, or thinking she has it.
