Just for arguments sake, has lil had celiac disease confirmed? Or gluten intolorence confirmed by a doctor? I have irritable bowel syndrome which can be attributed to by gluten/lactose or FEMA foods. It was diagnosed as the broad umbrella term but it would take months of investigation with food to figure out if it is even food related. I think in lil's case if the symptoms are reoccurrent and she has gone a month without gluten and then had it again with said symptoms that would also be a basis for concern.
