His flow is nothing special, lyrics are average, and although College Dropout was my favorite album of 04 and Late one of my favorite albums in 05, Kanye is no way near the top 3 rappers. Especially since you have Chuck D, Talib Kweli, Rakim, Immortal Technique, Ice Cube, KRS, Fresh Prince, Run, etc. And having influence doesn't mean that you're a top 3 rapper either.
