That's not saying
a whole lot, but Force Majeure was excellent.
Other movies I really liked from 2014:
- Nightcrawler
- What We Do In The Shadows
- A Most Violent Year
- Whiplash (though I think most like it more than me)
- Birdman
- Calvary
- The Grand Budapest Hotel
For me,
Birdman was far and away the best thing I saw. It was one of those movies that you just don't want to end. It was utterly satisfying.
