Presumably because Bethesda was hard at work on
Skyrim and
The Elder Scrolls Online. Considering Obsidian Entertainment consists largely of ex-Black Isle Studio employees who made
Fallout 2 and
Planescape: Torment, two games widely considered to be the best in their genre, that's a bit of a weird complaint. The glitches thing too seeing as how Bethesda is legendarily known for their glitches.
