No, this is about as evil as black metal gets. Gnaw Their Tongues probably beats them out, but at this point in their careers they're much more ambient noise than they are black metal.

Black One, I kept having to turn it off to make sure that all the weird noises I kept hearing that sounded like they were coming from everywhere but the speakers were actually part of the song.
