Well two people have said it's like a Resident Evil game but with an even more complex storyline. One of those two people said it was superior to the later Resident Evil games and the other said it was a Resident Evil wannabe
so two very different opinions.
Despite being Resident Evil nut, I recognize that the series has got tired and games like The Last of Us have set the new yardstick for survival horrors, so that's why The Evil Within appeals, playing it tonight so will give my first thoughts on it here.
