Yeah, very fond of their influences and I am impressed with the lifelike NPCs, environment (like wind in the trees) and so on.
To me, having recently played through Shadow of Mordor which is also an open world 3rd person game, the combat actually seems a little sloppy. Geralt and the monsters are often all over the place. I'm only level 5, but so far, combat felt much tighter and was a lot more fun in SoM.
They are different kind of games, but both use the kind of Assassin's Creed / Arkham Asylum style gameplay.

Could mention that SoM has the most satisfying combat of this sort that I've ever experienced, so it's a tough contender.
