However, I did hit a 340-foot triple in that inning. It was the best hit of my career, and my coach said it was the hardest-hit ball he'd ever seen. Unfortunately, it was to dead centre--it would have been out of the park to any other field. And I was stranded.

Still, it was a blast. My team completely wrecked the hotel pool and almost got ourselves kicked out.
