Has anyone ever tried to reset their password on plug? I've forgotten mine and I went on plug, clicked "forgot my password", and they supposedly sent an email to my account that I signed up with. I still haven't gotten any emails from them and it's been 24 hours. It's not in my inbox, spam or junk folders.
I want to use the same account I've always had, because of all the points I accumulated. I doubt the mod/bouncer status is still in effect since it's been so long, but that's not important. I don't really want to start over again
