What? I've never heard an African American referred to as a terrorist. Muslims and people of Middle Eastern decent? Yes. Any other race/creed? Not so much.
Oh yeah, and to imply that white people are never called terrorists is to pretend that Timothy McVeigh never happened. The only reason they might not call this incident terrorism, is because the kind of race-related terrorism perpetrated by the KKK decades ago has been out of the public consciousness for so long that race-related crimes are thought of as hate crimes, rather than actual terrorism.
This article isn't even
about terrorism. It just uses it as an awkward transition to talk about the recent events of white/cop-on-black violence, cause talking about white-on-black violence is the current trend among news outlets to boost ratings. The fact that they even mention terrorism just makes this article look like a cynical way to stir the pot in order to pull in readers.
