That is probably the biggest difference between the North and the South. The North is more DIY. If a Northerner wanted lemonade they have to go a store, buy lemons, take them home, juice the lemons, add the water, sugar and ice cube & stir it together all by themselves. If a Southerner lemonade they have a man servant pick the lemons, have the cook squeezed the lemons
etc and a maid to serve it to them all while they sit on the porch complaining about everything under the sun and how "hawt it is" and the wee doggies barking in the background.
