I don't believe so, but if he did then it isn't accepted. I'll have to look back. But at the moment, and for the foreseeable future, ALL RECS ARE CLOSED. This is not negotiable.
Edit: I've checked back and all he did was talk about Jojo, which I've already done, and tell me I probably won't like his next selection. His last rec was just before the extension closed. Nothing since. You lose.
