I'd think it was a pretty **** composition, but since changing the composition (making it a different note) would actually change the result, then at least the composition would have a point. No matter what you write on those pages, 4'33 is going to sound exactly the same. So, why even compose it, other than to be able to say you did (which makes the composition an intellectual, rather than a musical endeavor)?
