I would have considered "Molly Malone" to be the obvious. But as it happens there aren't a huge amount of songs written about the capital, and I felt "Summer in Dublin" accurately portrays a love of, and also sort of revulsion/boredom with Dublin. Also it's a great song. Even if the Liffey no longer "stinks like hell" thank god.
